1. App Age Classifications
Our applications are designed for users aged 13 and older, and does not participate in the Google Play Designed for Families program.. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store any personal data (such as names, emails, or locations) from any of our users through the use of our applications.
Depending on the version or specific application you have downloaded, one of the following classifications applies:
1.1 Legacy Versions / Specific Applications (Classified as PG - Parental Guidance)
This Application is created for users aged 13 and older (Classified as PG - Parental Guidance). This Application is not intended for children under 13, and does not participate in the Google Play Designed for Families program.
1.2 Updated Versions / Specific Applications (Classified as T - Teen)
1.2.1 Target Audience:
Our application is directed at users over 13 years of age (Teens and Adults). It is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
1.2.2 Safe Environment:
The processing of these technical identifiers is carried out in strict compliance with protection regulations for the teenage public. Likewise, all sensitive content categories are blocked in the advertising configuration to ensure that the ads displayed are completely appropriate for the Teen (T) Rating.
2. Anonymous Data and Non-Collection
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive data, authentication data, or device hardware identifiers (such as MAC address, SSID, IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, or build serial number).
- Location data is not solicited, collected, used, or transmitted.
- Camera and microphone detection data is not collected.
- Only data that the user voluntarily sends about application crashes and ANRs (Application Not Responding) is processed for later analysis and debugging. The user can choose between sending them or not.
3. Advertising and Google Advertising ID
To support our free games, this Application displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. For this purpose, the app utilizes the Android Advertising Identifier (AAID / Google Advertising ID) provided by your device operating system, along with basic technical data and app interaction data.
Depending on user age, region, device settings, or consent choices, ads will be served under one of the following scenarios:
3.1 Personalized Advertisements (Interest-Based)
For users who are eligible and provide appropriate consent, the ads displayed include personalized advertisements. In this case, the application permits Google AdMob to collect, share, and utilize the advertising identifier and related data to deliver targeted and relevant ads based on the user's online browsing behavior and interests.
3.2 Non-Personalized Advertisements (Contextual)
When required by law, Google policy, user age restrictions (such as certain teenage or underage audiences), or when consent is not granted, the system will automatically serve non-personalized ads. In this scenario, the advertising identifier is processed solely for contextual delivery, ad frequency management, capping, and fraud prevention. These ads are not interest-based and do not use remarketing.
3.3 User Control
The advertising identifier is non-permanent and can be reset or disabled at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). You can also manage your Google ad preferences through Google's Ads Settings page.

4. Cookies, Tracking and Regional Privacy Compilance.
4.1. European Union, EEA, and UK Users (GDPR)
Our apps comply with the requirements of the EU Electronic Privacy Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our app displays personalized and non-personalized advertisements. To deliver these ads, we and our authorized ad networks may collect and process device identifiers (such as IDFA, GAID), IP addresses, and geolocation data. 4.4.1 Consent Revocation:

Because this application is currently tailored for all audiences (PG rating) and does not serve personalized advertisements or track behavioral data, a manual consent revocation button is not required or displayed at this time. However, as our application features evolve to accommodate older audiences (Teen rating), a "Privacy Settings" button will become automatically available within the app's settings menu for eligible users based on their age and regional privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), allowing them to reopen the consent dialogue and modify their choices at any time.
4.4.2 Data Deletion and Retention:
Because our app operates without requiring user registration, accounts, or email collection, we do not store personally identifiable information on external servers. All gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and can be permanently removed at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing the app's cache through your device settings. Advertising and analytics identifiers processed by third-party services (such as Google) are automatically anonymized, rotated, or deleted in accordance with their standard data retention policies (typically within 30 to 90 days).
4.5. International and Future Privacy Frameworks
Privacy laws are evolving globally. If you reside in a jurisdiction that introduces new data protection regulations (including but not limited to Canada's PIPEDA, South Africa's POPIA, or newly enacted US state laws), our app complies by automatically adjusting consent mechanisms and dialogues based on your geographic location.
